I haven't made any oscillator circuits before, but for my essay I need to do a lab and basically create a transformer, but more like a wireless energy transfer apparatus.
I was advised that a DC power source would only short-circuit. So I have an AC power source with variable voltage, but I need the oscillator to oscillate at a specific, known frequency. Would the AC source somehow change the oscillating frequency? Sorry if my question is frustrating, because I am a high school student who learned everything about electrical circuits on wikipedia and through other personal research.
