We know there's a wireless signal that comes from a tower to the receiver to the device. However, we're learning about electricity, and one of my students wants to know what sort of current powers all this stuff. We've talked about static electricity and current electricity. To be quite honest, this is simply something I'm not sure I can answer for him. I realize that current electricity powers the tower that sends the signal, but how can a signal provide electrical anything?
I added RAM to my computer with my old ones. All my RAM works fine and everything is working great, Except my internet. I have a Wireless PCI card and all the sudden it isnt working. I just bought it too. I don't think it is static electricity that killed it because when i opened it, i grounded myself and only touched the RAM and the RAM works fine. Is there something else it could be? My wireless internet adapter is a "LevelOne by CP Technologies N_One Wireless PCI Card" Please help!! Witricity powered: go witric!
i turn it on now the flights will flicker ALL of them, and when i discharge the static electricity it still does it. even if i take the battery out and plug it directly into the wall the lights wiill just stay on ALL of them, including the wireless, mute, and all the little buttons on the front. what the hell does this mean.
