pecs, A gateway P-7805u when i am playing counter strike on opengl and it runs ok but when i get into a server any server no its not the server because all the time when i shoot the gun lags or my movements lag and it might be my refresh rate because it is 60hertz and the **** wont let me change it. need help asap
